Over the past 20 years, Bruno Paulino has held a number of Asset Manager positions within structures ranging from SMEs working on behalf of third parties (LIAM or H16) to major institutional investors in the commercial real estate sector (Crédit Foncier REIM, Covivio and Covivio Hotels) who also work on their own behalf.

These experiences have enabled him to develop a global vision of the life cycle of a real estate investment: from acquisition to arbitration, via the management and/or development stages, always with the aim of optimizing value.

He has a wealth of experience in all kinds of asset classes, from tertiary facilities – offices, warehouses, business facilities – to residential, and operating facilities in the hotel, retail and nursing home sectors.

He has a clear understanding of the issues encountered in terms of asset management and investment for very diverse assets and/or portfolios, worth from €100 K to €2,000 M spread across France (from Paris/IDF to sites located in small provincial towns), Belgium and Germany.

From 2018 to 2022, within I Actifs Capital Group, his role as Fund Manager, then Chief Operating Officer and President of the subsidiary I Actifs Asset Management, gave him a global vision of corporate and capital markets, in the management of funds and club deals. He has put his experience and professionalism to good use for shareholders and investors.
